What Can I Do To Help With My Scars?

Thank you all for great feedback on last Friday’s trivia question on “What can be done to help with scar healing?” All of your answers are correct and we value your input. Vitamin E, Mederma gel and following your surgeon’s recommendation are... Continue Reading

So, I wanted to take this opportunity to “debunk some myths”. Let’s get right to it: Myth: “I’m too old to get Breast Augmentation” Fact: During your consultation, your health and medical history will be reviewed in great length. So ladies, if you are healthy and in good medical condition there is no reason why you cannot have Breast Augmentation. Women finally make time and invest money on them when they are ready…and that can be in their 40s, 50s or even 60s! So, it’s never too late! Myth: “Implants will lift my breasts” Fact:... Happy Doctors’ Day!

Jon Paul Trevisani, M.D., F.A.C.S., or better known to his patients as “Dr. Jon,” is board-certified in plastic surgery and is the founder and Medical Director of the Aesthetic Surgery Centre in Maitland, Florida. The Aesthetic Surgery Centre is one of the leading breast augmentation and plastic surgery centers in the state. To answer last Friday’s Facebook post, Dr. Jon gave up his love for peanut butter for Lent. It has not been easy for him, especially when he finds me having peanut butter breath all day long or even finding an over-sized open jar of peanut butter on the kitchen counter! His love for peanut butter spreads for many many years. I’ve seen him spread his Peanut Butter on a piece of graham cracker,... Continue Reading
